Position Type: 6-Month Contract (Part-Time) with strong potential for a full-time role
Compensation: $17–20 per hour DOE
A note on the role: We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive junior team player to join us as a Production Associate on the Operations team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys repetitive, precision-focused work and is eager to take initiative in a small, supportive team. You’ll work closely with seasonal interns, actively helping train and support them while setting a strong positive example through your attitude, work ethic, feedback, and proactive approach. No extensive experience required—we provide full training—but a can-do mindset, comfort giving constructive feedback, and strong attention to detail are key.
Are You Ready to Be a Positive Force on Our Production Team?
At Senbird Tea, every carefully assembled tea tin or packed order represents our commitment to quality and care. We’re seeking a junior Production Associate who takes pride in hands-on work, stays focused on the details, and thrives in a collaborative environment by taking initiative, supporting others, and figuring out machinery when small issues arise.
You’ll be an active part of daily production and fulfillment sessions, solving practical problems (including basic equipment troubleshooting), communicating effectively, and modeling positivity, reliability, and proactivity—especially for our seasonal interns. You’ll comfortably provide gentle feedback to help the team improve and jump in to assist where needed. If you’re proactive, enjoy mentoring peers, have a knack for mechanical problem-solving, and love seeing the direct results of your efforts, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
